The property was just the way it looked in all the pictures. the pool was terrific with maintenance once a week. Larissa responded quickly to any and all concerns, filling up the propane tank and checking the TV for us. The kitchen ws not well equipped for long term and we had rented for a month. We did go out and but pans which we left there. Some other concerns were told to Larissa. Hopefully they will also be addressed- like not enough silverware. All in all, it was a good visit.

Was a beautiful home in the prefect location. 15 minutes from all the amenities on Siesta Key and shops of Sarasota. Pool was prefect, bedroom was huge and comfy beds. Will stay here again!

Owner left rules in home to strip beds before check out. Felt that should have been covered in booking fees. Pool and pool area was dirty. Housekeeping staff didn’t do their job well. We Prefer not to do housework on vacation. Won’t be back. Pete
