Arrowhead Lake Community Access
Your stay includes access to Arrowhead Lake community amenities (seasonal pools, beaches, gyms, and more), but the community requires wristbands and registration fees.
requires additional resort fees that are NOT included in your booking price. These fees are charged per person, per day and are paid directly to the community to support and maintain shared amenities and facilities.
Current fees (set by Arrowhead Lake):
● In-season (May 24 – September 2): $8.50 per person, per day (ages 6+)
● Off-season: $2.00 per person, per day (ages 6+)
● One-time registration fee: $20 per reservation
● Vehicle gate access fee: $20 per vehicle
These fees are mandatory year-round for all guests staying in Arrowhead Lake.
To comply with community rules, we submit payment to the HOA on your behalf prior to your arrival, as all fees must be paid before access is granted. A receipt can be provided upon request.
Please note: these are not host fees. They are required by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and apply to all short-term rentals in the neighborhood. The fees help fund amenities, security, road maintenance, and community services.
We’ll collect your guest + vehicle info and handle the community registration/payment process so everything is set before arrival
