Presence of an electric charging station from October 2024 On a beautiful 2-hectare wooded property, this Erquy pink sandstone farmhouse, typical of the region, after a complete renovation, now houses 3 gîtes and the owners' second home. The Près des Pins gîte has kept its living room with its exposed stones, its traditional fireplace which will be appreciated in the off-season to relax after beautiful days of hiking, unless you prefer to relax on the deckchairs, contemplating the vegetation. The large grounds are ideal for outdoor games and at the very back of the property, the tennis court will delight sports enthusiasts. The environment is superb and so close to the emblematic site of Cap Fréhel which you will reach along the coast. The superb beach of La Grève d'En bas is 2.7 km away, simply heavenly, that of La Fosse 4 km away, the village of Plévenon 1.8 km away. The pretty seaside resort of Sables d'Or Les Pins 9 km away, with its casino and golf course. 16 km from Erquy. In the countryside of Fréhel, Claire and Thierry welcome you all year round in their 3-person gîte set in a beautiful pink sandstone farmhouse. The property is exotic and so well located, right next to the Cape!
