Living room: Spacious and open concept w/ Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) and streaming TV + natural gas fireplace.
Modern Kitchen: Fully outfitted for cooking, with all the essentials you need. Includes all stainless steel higher end appliances such as fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave.
Dining: Large table plus bar seating - space for six is easily available.

This Unit is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort on Vancouver Island. It is literally on Resort Drive right beside the famous Ti-Na-Mara, Grotto Spa. During your stay, you will have access to many of the Resort amenities at no charge. This Unit is equipped with Keyless entry. There is no need to check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access.
Other things to note:
This is a Main floor A Unit that can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Both the A Unit and B Unit are listed and available for booking individually or together (if you need more space). Please reach out, and we will assist.
This is a family-friendly resort - please, no parties or loud gatherings.
For any booking over 15 business days, you will have to sign a rental agreement with a $300 security deposit.

This condo was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The bed was amazing with very nice linens and pillows. Our host, Jacquie, was amazing. She was easy to communicate with and also very quick to respond.Location was close to Parksville, the grounds were well kept and the staff at the front desk were pleasant. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.

The hosts were exceptional, The pictures of the unit were accurate and the unit was well equipped. Thhe resort area itself iis very nice and well maintained. The pool was closed due to it being the winter months but the hot tub was open which my wife and daughter used and enjoyed.
