La résidence est neuve et se situe à 100 mètres de l'océan. À marée basse on peut marcher très longtemps sur le bord de l'eau. La résidence est aussi bien équipée qu'une maison privée. Tous les électro-ménagers, des épices pour cuisiner, des lits très confortables et des petites attentions comme de l'eau pétillante, des petits chocolats et des barres tendres. Il y a une piscine pour l'ensemble des propriétés et un BBQ sur le balcon.
