When we arrived to our rental there were already people in the unit we had rented. I called the contact and they found out apparently the cleaners apparently somehow let the wrong people into the unit?? So we had to stay in the lower unit which was MUCH smaller then we rented and far from enough room for our family. The contact said that I would be getting a refund which I have yet to get so we will see.. The unit was nice but definitely not what we rented or would have rented for our whole family. I think that maybe better labeling of the upper and lower unit would maybe help but in this case it turned into a definite disappointment and made the trip very frustrating for everyone.
