Our privately owned Villa is located next to Jellystone campground/3 Bears Lodge waterpark.
We provide lodging only.
Water Park passes NOT included.
We offer more than the Jellystone villas and other private owners.
We have 5 beds up in the loft.

Therefore there is a charge of $15 a night per person after 6 adults.
There's more cleaning and laundry for our cleaning staff with larger crews.

An absolute gem of a place to spend a perfect a weekend getaway. The home was equipped with every essential needed. The owner was also quick on responses. Just 2 minor suggestions - please look into the data connections on the property, the internet was a bit slow. 2nd - please verify if the previous owner cleans the grill. We couldn’t use it because it was not cleaned.

The house was perfect for my family. However some of the pans need to be discarded as they are too scratched up. Bathrooms shower/floor boards could use a deep cleaning. The area of homes is beautiful yet some sketchy neighboring homes as they are run down and not kept up. Garbage/junk. We had newer vehicles and noticed our gas tank lids were open one morning as someone was possibly trying to get gasoline. Three bears park is looking run down. I wouldn’t recommend staying again. That’s Too bad for the owner of the house we stayed in because it really fit everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a very nice property. Everyone was friendly.

Rented villa for 7 adults and 6 children does not sleep 13 like advertised had to rent an other villa to accommodate everyone otherwise was nice
