Check in process was easy. We were made aware that there are stairs but this flat is on the 5th floor with 95 small steps to carry our luggage up. We were all females with a lot of luggage. It was very tiring and dangerous going up those steps. One of us in the group tripped on the last 2 steps and broke her 2 toes and bruised the other 3 and had to go to ER to have it looked at. If you are elderly or have bad knees, this is not for you. Half of us are in our twenties and the other half early 50s and we struggled. But location is good.
