90m2 apartment, fully air-conditioned, located on the 5th floor without elevator which includes:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds
- 2 single beds in one room
- 1 dining area with Smart Tv, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, )
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 bathroom
- a separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was as pictured, clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our week in Paris. The neighborhood had a lot of restaurants and amenities but still felt local. Be aware there is no storage, closets or even towel hooks in the first level bedroom so we had to keep our luggage in the living room which wasn't the best situation.

Our stay was wonderful! Working with Michael and Johanna start to finish was very easy-they were very responsive and flexible with questions and the few requests we had.
