Cozy, quiet 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in the heart of Gainesville! 25min walk to UF campus, 5min drive to shopping. Coming to watch the Gators play? Prefer watching the big game on a 65” TV on our large & comfy sectional? Just exploring the area? This is your vacation spot.

1st floor: large sectional, sleeps 2, half bath. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 4. Can fit inflatable mattresses upon request. Enjoy the community gym and community pool, both kept very clean.

Has washer/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, board games.
