    I recently stayed at the Swiss Trafalgar Luxury Hotel from July 11th to 13th. While the hotel's amenities and location were quite good, I was disappointed by the overall experience because the staff was not very helpful. In addition to the disappointing staff attitude, our stay at the Swiss Trafalgar Luxury Hotel was marred by several issues. Our check-in, which was supposed to be completed by 2 PM IST, was delayed by two hours with no clear communication from the staff. The receptionist, Mark, was not transparent about the reasons for the delay, which made the wait particularly frustrating." "Once we got to the room, we found that it wasn't properly cleaned—the toilet needed attention, and while there were sugar pouches, there was no tea, coffee, or even cups provided. Additionally, there was no heater for hot water, and we experienced frequent power cuts until 7 PM, which made it even more inconvenient." "To top it off, breakfast on the last day was served cold and didn't feel fresh at all. For the cost and the 'luxury' label, I would have expected at least a live counter or a better breakfast experience.

    It's completely undeserved....even getting drinking water was horrible experience...most of the things are disfunctional Completely under staffed., phone not working, no warm water, food issues

    There was no hot water facility. Room (No. 203) had water leakage issue. When electricity goes you won't get water in the room.

    The stay was ok in reasonable price. Food was good. The property require maintenence otherwise the hotel is spacious but they need to improve on cleanliness
