I booked a Superior Deluxe Room through Agoda, paying a considerable amount expecting at least basic comfort. I travelled all the way from Delhi and checked in around 11 PM, I found that the AC was not working and the fan was also running very slowly. I immediately complained to the hotel staff, but they simply said, **“We can’t do anything.”**
The room became suffocating, so I had to open the window, after which mosquitoes and insects entered the room. I literally spent the night without proper sleep.
When we complained, the hotel staff simply said “We can’t do anything” and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. Their attitude was extremely disappointing, as if this was a completely normal situation.
The attached photos/videos show the poor condition and lack of maintenance of the AC.
I paid for a comfortable stay after a long journey, but instead got a sleepless and frustrating night. If the hotel cannot provide a properly functioning AC and basic service, they should not charge such high prices for a “Superior Deluxe” room.
Very poor maintenance, extremely unhelpful staff, and completely unacceptable for the price.

For the price, room was spacious and basic facilities were covered. No lift due to maintainance. No room service for lunch & dinner, but online ordering is allowed. Overall ok experience.
