    Clean and spacious room, good location for flights at JKF.

    I liked this hotel. Location is very good for me. JFK airport and mrt train station is very close to the hotel. Lots of food options near to the hotel. I faced 2 problems. 1. They don't provide parking. And there was no space for parking outside of the hotel. 2. Check in experience was worst. I came to the counter on 1:40pm. An officer told me to come on 2pm. I couldn't park the car, so i was driving my car surrounding the hotel. When I came on 2pm the officer was changed. Manager of front desk was there and told me she couldn't give rooms before 3pm. Another can told but now she is the manager, She can't. Then I had to go out again for car parking issues.

    They charged $200 to the card I used for the deposit during the night without my consent, and then charged another $200 the following night. Even though the charges were unauthorized—justified by the fact that the room was paid for with one card and the deposit with another—the money wasn't returned for two weeks. In total, about $600 was left in limbo; yesterday, I only got back $222, and the whereabouts of the rest of the money remain unknown!
