We booked the hotel through agoda and had called before to confirm on the late check in. When we arrived the staff at the reception behaved like they are not aware of booking but they gave us the room, so which means there was lot of pretence going on. Questions were like when would you check out, show the payment screen from agoda (they took a screenshot of that)
The room is very small, with stains everywhere. The sofa had big black stains. Pillow and bed were un clean. Towels were pathetic and the commode seat was like lot of people have peed without cleaning. Oh I just felt like moving out then and there but because it was late night just managed to stay one night and moved to my relatives place next morning.
Good part was very close to motera stadium and was also cheap. But what they gave us was un liveable.
Avoid at all cost. There were quite a few other hotels nearby. Please try them like apricot hotel.
