Semi-detached house with 2 rooms plus a storage room, accommodating 2 to 4 people, recently renovated, offering plenty of natural light and comprising:
- Ground floor:
Living/Dining room (with TV & sofa bed that converts into 2 beds + €5 per additional person per night)
Fully equipped kitchen (Oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).
- Upstairs:
Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) & TV,
Bathroom with WC (with hairdryer, auxiliary heating),
Workspace.
- Outbuilding: Storage room with washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, barbecue, and various storage areas.
Shared facilities: Large parking area, carport, and relaxation area (orchard).
Possibility to rent all three cottages for a total capacity of 7 people (advertisement G0968). Les Gîtes des Vergers offer an ideal experience if you wish to recharge in the heart of nature. Located in a peaceful setting in the Suisse Normande region, they allow you to enjoy fully equipped accommodations and also to set off directly from the property on foot. Numerous leisure activities are available nearby: hiking trails (including the GR du Pays Tour de la Suisse Normande, voted "France's favorite GR in 2023"), cycling trails (including La Vélofrancette), and horseback riding trails; river fishing; rail biking; and, just 10-15 minutes from Clécy, the heart of the Suisse Normande, which offers a wide range of activities (water sports, fishing, climbing, paragliding/hang gliding, treetop adventure courses, archery, etc.).
