Adjoining studio apartment (studio + mezzanine on the 1st floor with independent entrance via external staircase), recently renovated (in pristine condition), located on the Suisse Normande circuit in a quiet and pleasant setting (orchards, etc.), offering ample space and plenty of natural light, comprising:
- On the 1st level: Living/dining room (with TV & double sofa bed + €5 per additional person per night), computer desk, fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), and shower room with WC and washing machine.
- Mezzanine: Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).
- Small terrace with garden furniture & barbecue.
Large shared area (parking, carport, orchard 50 meters away, etc.) available.
Possibility to rent all three gîtes together for a total capacity of 7 people (advertisement G0968).
