Very comfortable house, lots of space, great location. Host responsive with questions and queries.
Neighbours behind the house were very loud during the day - talking and working with power tools.

Property is in the heart of Surry Hills just off the main roads, making it a quiet escape from the busy city. Everything is only a 3-5 minute walk including the light rail station which is the key to accessing everything Sydney has to offer.
The upstairs bathroom lights/heat did not work, but this was easily overcome by utilising lighting from the hallway, so not a major issue. This was reported on departure with the hosts looking not it to resolve for the next visitors.

Location was good and check in was easy.
Communication was odd. Checkout time in booking stated 11:30, was later told 10. Previously was also told check in was 2 but then the next guests were supposedly coming at 1. Inconsistencies ruined a pleasant morning.
3rd single bed "bedroom" is also not a feasible sleeping space due to poor ventilation and photos are misleading.
