水回り含め綺麗にリノベーションされていて快適に長期滞在できました。 一口IHコンロですがフライパン、鍋、食器など必要なものは揃っているので簡単な自炊はできます。 鍵の開け方や滞在時のゴミ出しなどメッセージへのレスポンスが早かったのも安心できて良かったです。 新高円寺駅が近くバスもあり交通便利で、こちらから高円寺周辺まで散歩圏内、かつコンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアが多く日用品の買い物もしやすいです。
良くないところではないですが注意点として、車が進入できない細い路地にあるため青梅街道でタクシーを降りることになります。 今回は2階でしたが室内階段が細くて急なので1人で大きいスーツケースを持っている人は少し注意が必要かと思いました。
