The Cozy Cove II 3 Min to Beach

The location was very close to the island. It’s an older, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean. It smelled nice. It had a nice refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. I liked that it had a coffee maker, toaster, and pots to cook with. I loved that the front door had blinds that are easy to work to let natural light in. The tv was big and offered a lot of services. The board games were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The dresser was great and helped us feel at home.

One large and one small towel per person is not enough for a stay when there is no washer/drier. I was not prepared for that. Extra pillows and blankets should be available no matter what size of party is staying. A clothes line in the back yard would have been a nice touch to dry beach towels. There was no broom or dust pan for me to clean the floor. Neighbors were constantly parking in our spot making difficult situations at night.

Location, cleanliness and very quiet

This location was very much like it was advertised, and once in the property there was good privacy and a Cozy spot. The place was Clean as advertised and very well located to shopping and the beach.

Cars on the front lawn gave a poor first impression. It only had a micro wave which we understood but it needed to have more utensiles that supported that kind of food preparation

Beautiful location. Super clean and the host was amazing. Had some questions and within minutes, yes minutes, they got back to me. Will definitely book again!
