Cozy, bright and air-conditioned - close to Paris

The good and great: apartment was very clean, had basic toiletries with plenty of toilet paper, Nespresso machine and Nespresso cups, electric kettle and kitchenette. The refrigerator worked well and was perfect for keeping our medication cool as well as cooling drinks. The washing machine was very helpful, but bring detergent sheets. Water pressure & hot water are great in the apartment- no problem. The bathroom is very tight, but again very clean and complete. My two teenage sons slept on the soda bed without any complaints & stated the soda bed was comfortable. The queen mattress in the bedroom was firm & comfortable- no sagging or lumpy bed; there was also plenty of room in the bedroom. There was a small place to hang up clothes and an ironing board and iron (which isn’t in the listing of amenities but was very much appreciated and made use of during our stay). A drying rack is provided to help with laundry. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Depending on which way you walk to the metro, you will pass by a Supermarche G20 ( small grocery store) and a small boulangerie (which was delicious for a small pastry in the morning). Both of these are close to the apartment & convenient. The A/C is only in the room with the sofa bed so the bedroom is warmer than the living room, but it does cool down the apartment and at least there is A/C. You need a code to get into the apartment building & the apartment door has a lock that extends from floor to ceiling which made me feel safe in the apartment. The location is a bit farther out but this also meant no city noise. The host was easy to get a hold of through text and the check in process was seamless and the easy.

The only issue was that we had to walk through some areas that felt unsafe and were not nice to get to the metro (that’s a lot of places in Paris). The area right around the apartment felt fine. You could hear our neighbors through the floor and ceiling but it was only a disruption if they came in very late or very early in the morning.

Het was erg schoon, en het personeel reageerde heel snel. Daarnaast was er een parkeer plek voor de deur.

Appartement clair et propre. Bonne literie. Cuisine équipée correctement. Interlocuteur disponible. Bonne situation géographique.

Internet ne fonctionnant pas ou peu ou par intermittence ( trois noms de wifi nécessaires). Télévisions (2) ne pouvant donc pas fonctionner. Siège de cuisine cassé ou déboîté(1 sur 2). Une des ampoules de chambre grillée. Poignées de deux fenêtres à trouver dans un tiroir de cuisine pour pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. Bruit des voisins du dessous jusqu’à minuit voire davantage (3 soirs de suite).
