The property was nice, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There were supermarkets very close by, as well as a bakery. Very convenient for breakfast and light lunches. Although it was extremely warm outside, the apartment stayed cool enough inside, and two fans were also available. The neighborhood wasn't perfect, but it felt safe enough.

We did not meet the owners in person. All arrangements were made via email and WhatsApp, mostly in French, so we relied heavily on automatic translation. The furniture in the bedrooms was very limited. We had to bring chairs from the dining room to compensate for the lack of hangers and closet space. The mattress in the second bedroom was in poor condition. The most frustrating issue was ongoing renovation work on one of the floors. Workers started 9 in the morning and continued until 5:30 in the evening. We were not warned about this in advance, and the noise was extremely loud, making it impossible to spend the day at the apartment. As for transportation, the metro station was not very close (two stops by bus). The bus stop was nearby, but service was unreliable, made worse by the fact that only one bus line served it. Also the owners were unable to provide an invoice! Not convenient for business travellers.

La taille de l'appartement avec deux chambres. Une salle de bains et les toilettes séparées. Une place de parking fermé et sécurisé. Belle terrasse extérieure. La situation géographique avec un accès au bus devant l'entrée de l'immeuble.

Le deuxième lit était moins confortable que le premier.

Propre, arrêt de bus devant l'immeuble, sécurisé, calme (pas de nuisances sonores), avec tout le nécessaire (machine à café, théière,...), parking, hôte qui répond très vite. À recommander.

Manque éventuellement une commode dans une chambre et éventuellement 2-3 cadres dans le logement pour le rendre plus chaleureux.
