Room has AC and access by key fob brings more safety. place is quite.
there is a Beep sound of low battery alarm come out every hour. need replace by owner otherwise need manually mute everyday.

The place was great and cleaner than I expected. It was in a quiet neighborhood residential community with no noise, and both Coles and the train station were within a 10-minute walk. the parking has a little inconvenient. There was no private parking available, only free 2P and 4P street parking opposite the property.
