New Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment Rosebery

I like the location of this property the most, which is very easy for me to visit my kid who attends UNSW. And there are few good restaurants near the property and a newly opened Chinese supermarket, which are very convenient.

There is nothing I dislike. All suits my expectation or beyond.

Free parking.

No spare sheets.

The location is incredible with everything you need around you. A 20 minute walk into the main strip of Rosebery, with a car it is about a five minute drive. Everything is quite convenient. There is a supermarket very close by a convenience store downstairs as well as a nail salon and a few food options however keep in mind that they do close early. The place is more spacious than I had anticipated.

There are a few things that could’ve been better. The TV had streaks through it. The screen wasn’t completely working towards its best of abilities, there was an option to fix this with the owner, but I opted out. Communication could’ve also been better. I received a message asking to deliver a sofa on a day that I was in the unit by myself as a woman so I didn’t reply. However, even through silence, the door had been knocked on and the sofa had been delivered, as I was not expecting company I was in a towel, getting ready for work, and felt quite stressed out. I had asked prior to arrival if there was a sofa bed available and all I received was a no with no anticipation of one being delivered. Eggs in the pantry were old. No doona cover only the actual quilt and two flat sheets. Hole in the quilt and I did find stains on sheets on arrival. The dryer did not work properly. I was asked to run a cycle for the dishwasher before I left which is completely understandable. However there was no actual dishwashing tablets provided and the dishwashing liquid provided was old and crusted over. No extra bin liners provided. No sponge provided. Drain flies in bathroom showed up after a few days. Sydney is expensive, but for the price that I paid I was expecting a little bit more.
