Exceptional
The owners are very friendly and kind. Welcome drink, home made cake and grapes for the kids were waiting for us in the fridge upon our arrival. Everything was perfect: the apartment was clean, air conditioning, big kitchen, barbecue, brand new outdoor playground. If we return to Umag, we will definitely stay here. I'll recommend this house to our friends for sure.

okay place
cleanliness was good and the hosts were friendly. comfy beds.
the shower was not working properly. the front doors of the apartments were too noisy as they banged all day. worst part is that we thought we were booking a family friendly place and instead we found two young Croatians drinking beer all day in the patio of the ground floor apartment overlooking the car parking. I found some scratches on my car in the morning as they probably had some fun with it...but that's a different story.

Fabulous
The owners were very friendly, helpful and explained everything inside and around! Mr. Bubnic speaks (at least) English and German fluently :) The apartment is clean and well designed. It's a good base for excursions over Istria, Slovenia and even Venice (which we enjoyed :) )
Small problems with washing machine, maybe will be fixed later.

Sve nam se svidjelo. Lokacija, čistoća, blizu grada, ljubaznost domaćina. Pri dolasku aperitiv hladan u frizderu,a pri odlasku poklon. Svaka pohvala i vraćamo se opet.
