Location is close to the city center, at walking distance. Host was friendly and neat.

Walls are paper tiny and we were disturbed by people from connected apartment. We could literally hear them speaking, snoring... 😥 Mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

A great, friendly stay close to the centre of Umag at very good price.

The apartments managed by Milica are absolutely wonderful, but the highlight is the host herself. Really welcoming, no request is too much and she has been amazing to stay with before and during the Istria 100 race, where we came back late at night with lots of smelly kit and she was even happy to wash our stuff for us! The dogs are wonderful too :-)

While the property is a bit old fashioned, it's amazing value for money and great all around, but be aware it's not a super modern hotel. However, nothing is lacking!

The apartment had everything I needed to feel at home and is just 10 min walking from the Umag waterfront. Mrs Milica is a welcoming host. She offered me infos with the local transportation, which was very helpful. Recommended.

The studio was spacious and very clean. The location is convenient and quiet, although a bit distant from the beach (it was not our main point of interest, so no disadvantage for us :) ) but quite close to the center and the stores. The owner is very nice, caring and helpful. Great price-quality ratio.

Prelijep i opuštajući boravak

Sve je bilo izvrsno. Domaćica je iznimno ljubazna i susretljiva. Ako želite mir i ugodnu atmosferu nećete pogriješiti s ovim smještajem. Draga Milice hvala na svemu! Žao nam je da nismo mogli duže ostati ali sigurno ćemo se opet vratiti.

Nyugalom,szépséges udvar,mindenütt zöld,két nagyon cuki kutya,és a tulajdonos asszony nagyon kedves,előzékeny,négy nyelvet beszélő hölgy. A lakás teljességében megfelelő egy kis családnak. Kényelmes ágyakkal és jó hangulattal.

Erholsame Urlaub!

Wir waren mit dem Apartment von Frau Milica vollkommen zufrieden! Frau Milica ist eine total liebe, zuvorkommende und bemühte Gastgeberin die gut deutsch spricht, fragte auch ständig nach, ob wir etwas benötigten. Das Apartment war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Eine Kochnische mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher,eine Klimaanlage , TV . Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer war mit Dusche , Handtücher und WC ausgestattet, sauber und groß. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon,dafür gab es die Möglichkeit den überdachten Vorplatz im Garten zu benützen. Es gab auch einen Abstellplatz für unser Auto. Frau Milica hat auch 2 Hunde die total lieb sind. Auch unser Schlaf wurde durch keinen Lärm gestört. Ein Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke, ins Zentrum waren es nur ca. 10 Minuten und zum Meer war es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen wieder gerne und danken Frau Milica für die wirklich schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. War ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub! Danke Frau Milica -:) !

Apartman je bio odličan i čist. Nije uređen kao najmoderniji no to nam nije bilo ni bitno budući da je čisto i sadrži sve što je jednom apartmanu potrebno. Nalazi se u mirnom kvartu, a može se i pješice doći do centra. Nismo imali nikakvih problema, domaćin je bio jako ljubazan. Dostupan je parking u sklopu objekta ako dolazite autom.

... Come sentirsi a casa lontani da casa! La Sig.ra Milica é gentilissima! La casa è spaziosa, con bel cortile/giardino esterno di cui si può usufruire. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro del paese. É possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cortile. Consigliatissimo!
