Nový, krásně zařízený byt. Skvěle vybavená kuchyně. Dvě toalety. Skvělá čistota. Pohodlné postele, dostatečná zásoba dek i polštářů. Parkování pohodlné, ve vedlejší ulici, zdarma. Pěšky dostupné centrum, pláž i supermarket. Dobré zázemí pro výlety na východní část ostrova.
Při otevřených oknech byl slyšet hluk z ulice.
