El alojamiento era súper cómodo limpio los empleados súper amables y aconsejando sitios para visitar en la ciudad la verdad todo estaba perfecto no puedo decir nada malo

La persona del alojamiento súper amable si tenía alguna duda contestaba en el momento la habitación súper limpia y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario la cama era súper cómoda y amplia.

lo volvería a visitar y a recomendar a todos el que venga a Cartagena , ya que el servicio que ofrecen es excelente y en cuanto al personal que aqui trabajan son amables , alegres y colaboradores sobre todo la señorita Daniela personas como ella hacen la diferencia gracias por todo

I loved it all. I was in a 3 simple beds room on, it was perfect for me. It was spacious enough. The communication with the staff was always pleasant and they were always helpful. I renewed my reservation several times and it was very smooth. All the amenities were working great. The bed I used was comfortable, I slept like a baby. It really helped to have 2 supermarkets right next to the hotel and another down the street. Everything at a walking distance (restaurants, Juan Valdez, cellphone companies, malls), it is a great location in Bocagrande and so many taxis available to take me to el Centro. I would choose this hotel again, without a doubt! Me encantó !

It has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There is a gym next door or below and from time to time (like early mornings or in late afternoon) I could hear someone dropping the weights and it would vibrate in my room. But I got used to it and it was really no big deal.
