Excellent location in Bocagrande, unforgettable view, appliances work , had hot water even know the weather is really hot …Elevators work at all times , pool is fun and enjoyable with a good bar and fun DJ …

The bed sofa is extremely uncomfortable, Need more pillows and blankets…I did not mention this to Juan Carlos because don’t want to be a pain but is important so the following family have a better experience and don’t damage their back …I been in different countries and Airbnb and NEVER before the cleaning lady had to stay watching me till I pay my other half of the final balance on my first day Honestly I felt really uncomfortable and also NEVER before on top of what I already paid (Was not a small amount of money for the Airbnb) I had to give $80 US as a deposit to the host before I go upstairs to the apartment… I general was a comfortable staying but I have to address this situations that in no other country happened to us even other cities in Colombia and we been in around 4 other cities BUT we had a great family time and Cartagena is a paradise specially Cocoliso Island!!!!

Very comfortable apt in the center of Boca Grande. The pools were nice and the view was stunning. Very secure building too with 24h security

Some of the facilities were not jn good shape, like the door separating the washing machine from the kitchen. The payment was a bit weird, but I get that many locals might want to rent there to party and that deposits and advance-payments are required.
