Athens City Easy Move - Patissia by ΜΡS

Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, κοντά στη γραμμή Μ1 του ηλεκτρικού (Κάτω Πατήσια) και έχει κοντά σουπερ μαρκετ και καφέ. Το πάρκινγκ πολύ μεγάλο και με φράχτη γυρω απο τη πολυκατοικία. Τα κλειδία βρίσκονται σε ένα κουτί που ανοίγει με τον ειδικό κωδικό και πάνω σε αυτά βρίσκονται και τα κλειδιά για τη γκαραζοπορτα. Το διαμερίσμα ήταν καθαρό και πολύ άνετο για 4 άτομα. Με όλες τις υπηρεσίες που θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε! Επίσης έχει ένα ωραίο μπαλκόνι για το πρωινό καφέ! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

This apartment is a GEM, it’s not a quick flip airbnb with cheap furniture, it’s a beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony, really high quality furniture and dressings. A super find. It has private secure parking and very good security, very close to Bus stops to get into the city and a big supermarket less than a minutes walk away. The team that manage it are super responsive and so helpful. This is definitely my new Athens spot when I need to visit.

An excellent parking place. The parking space was brilliant and especially given the problem of finding parking in Athens….but only of course if you have a car, which we did.

It would be a long list to give all the less good features (but I will happily send the full details directly to the operators MPS if asked) and perhaps it is enough to say that this fairly new apartment was really disappointing. It was dirty…the bathroom, the kitchen surfaces & equipment, the floors, the sofa. There were unnecessary features like 2 huge TVs, an office desk and chair, 30 light switches, but a lack of basic essentials like rubbish bags for WC and kitchen, a dish for the oven, some cloths or a spare towel for the 7-night stay. Messages were answered quickly but were not helpful. It was a real challenge to find the property, 20 minutes to get into the lockbox, 30 minutes to get the wi-fi number etc etc. And the list goes on……it hurt to have paid so much money for such unnecessary poor quality.
