La proximité du Puy du Fou, c'est vraiment très rapide de s'y rendre et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Les commerces sont accessibles facilement à pied.
Difficile de stationner la voiture devant la maison. Maison de ville située dans une rue très passante où les voitures passent très vite et le trottoir devant la maison est étroit donc c'est un peu dangereux en particulier avec de jeunes enfants. De plus, la proximité immédiate d'autres appartements engendre quelques désagréments : on entend bien les voisins qui descendent l'escalier à toutes les heures et on participe au repas de ceux qui mangent dans les cours intérieures. Pas facile de trouver le sommeil lorsque le dîner des voisins de la cour du haut s'éternise. Matelas du canapé convertible très fatigué !!!
