Bardzo wygodne łóżko :) Przyjemna pościel i trafiliśmy na pokój z widokiem na góry!

Our wonderful experience at this accommodation in Zakopane was excellent. The location offers a superb view of the Tatra Mountains, and the place is exceptionally clean and spacious. The host is a friendly, smiling person who speaks excellent English, and his wife is also very kind; they both love their guests and are always smiling. As for the apartment I rented, the bathroom was very spacious and extremely clean. The small living room was tidy and filled with wonderful artistic views and souvenirs. The host appears to be a cultured person with a library on the ground floor and another on the first floor, and he is interested in art history and sports, specifically walking, and he loves the Tatra National Park, which he recommended to us because it's close to the accommodation. The location is excellent, and every room has a very wide balcony. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable, making this the third accommodation I’ve stayed in in Zakopane and the only one where I felt completely comfortable, while the beds in other places were extremely hard. I also got severe diarrhea after eating at a restaurant, but the hotel host helped me cook food suitable for my stomach and allowed me to use the kitchen multiple times; he is a man who understands and appreciates his guests. I will definitely stay at this accommodation again in future years whenever I arrive in Zakopane.

It was clean.

Location is not great, narrow roads made it difficult to get to and find the place. Minimum 20-25 minutes drive to Zakopane town centre. Property was accessed by a code that didn’t work at first. The owner wasn’t there to help. We asked the owner’s mother for some assistance and she wasn’t happy about it at first. Not welcoming first impression. Room very small, balcony supposed to be facing mountains’ view but you could barely see them from a side. No fridge in the room even though the room was advertised as having one as well as microwave that also wasn’t there. No toiletries as advertised. We got only one towel each for the whole 6 days of our stay. Bedding was clean but cheap poliester quality, wasn’t pleasant for the sleep. Duvet and pillows also seen the better time long time ago and should be changed for the newer version. The building and room were ok and kept clean but the whole surrounding of the property was very poorly kept. No space outside to seat and relax, no garden, barbecue space etc. Nothing. Owner communicated with us over the phone and was nice and helpful. Which was a plus but not enough to make us happy with this accommodation and our stay. This place needs some renovations, some upgrades and some love to be more welcoming and to be called pleasant.
