Obiekt w typowo góralskim klimacie, jak i sami właściciele. Wszystko co było potrzebne było dostępne. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.
Niewiele miejsca w pokoju, przy 3 osobach stół musiał zastawić szafę więc ruch ograniczony.
