Super good location in the immediate proximity of Debrecen Pláza and Fórum plaza also having the Penny Market just at the basement. The location is close to the city centrum. It is also quiet been inside a quadrangle. It is a kind of building with outside corridors,. I have a feeling that most of the apartments are either for rent, used for business or just kept like investment, because most it the apartments were quite and dark in the weekend, and that is not bad at all. The room is modern nice, clean and has a well equiped kitchenette.. A perfect accomodation if you want to explore the city. The parking is inside the garage building, part of the Párizsi Udvar complex

The check in / out if you are by car and alone, can be tricky because there is no place to leave your car parked to retrieve your access keys other than in the street, where it is forbidden according to the traffic signs, or just to park directly inside the parking building. Access needs main entrance pin code, taking an elevator to the 5th floor and get the door key from a key safe. The owner is very helpful so the process is not a big deal. Take into account that the room has a big double bed and a sofa also accommodating 2 person's. We were with 2 kids, so the beds were pushed next to each other. For us it was perfect but others my find it not suitable, while the whole room is also accupied by the beds.

Lokalizacja super i duży plus za miejsce w hali garażowej.

Najgorszy zapach z łazienki/wentylacji, po kilku godzinach zniknął ale drugiego dnia znów się pojawił. Mieszkanie z wierzchu super posprzątane ale odrzuciły nas niedomyte naczynia w szafce i korzystaliśmy z kupionych w pobliskim Teddym jednorazówek, pozatym w szafkach jakieś papierki więc z szaf już też nie korzystaliśmy. Apartament ładnie urządzony ale właściciele wstawili tam 2 łóżka i stół z 4 krzesłami więc ciężko się już było poruszać a druga rzecz, że Właścicielka chciała (zapewne z dobrego serca) zapewnić Klientom wszystko: suszarkę, mopy, stare kapcie, żelazko, parasol i pełno pierdółek, które razem stworzyły efekt zagracenia i niestety np. te w kuchni były niezbyt czyste.
