Bem Apartman

As context, I was in a group of 6 people and we stayed there for 3 nights Location: 10/10; close to city center and just as close to Aquaticum Thermal Baths Kitchen: 9.5/10; We didn't miss any major utilities or tools, but were also dining out half the time. Felt confusing at first due to the layout, but nothing much to complain. Tap water was drinkable, so unless you have specific needs, all good. Living room/dining: Really nice, 10/10; the sofa was spacious and comfortable, we had plenty of space for chilling, playing games or watching movies. The table could accomodate 6 people eating at the same time and the balcony attached was really nice for moning coffee Bedrooms: 8/10; personally, I think my girlfriend and I picked the "right" room, but when checking with the others the feedback was mixed. The good parts were the fact that each room had its own AC, TV and they were able to go full blackout for those more sensitive to light. There was plenty storage room as well. Most of the windows had mosquito screens which was a really good plus. Bathrooms: 8.5/10; Technically 1.5 bathrooms, since 1 is for showering without a toilet and the other one had the toilet. We received 1 set of towels per person. Spacious, the shower cabin was just as spacious, and generally everything was clean and we did not lack toilet paper Other facilities: 9.5/10; AC in every room, central heating, 1 set of towels/person, toilet paper, storage room, door locked with code/pin (so no key or card to lose), Flat TV, cable, really good internet, no issues with the neighbours. Also the property might look more neon punk in the pictures, but it's actually more chill in real life. At least for us it looked better in real life. Staff: 10/10; Donat is a really well put together and nice person. We could ask him anything or point out any issue and he was responsive. Value for price: 10/10

Ok, now going into the aspects which could've been improved and explaining why I did not give maximum score Kitchen: 9.5/10; again, like I said, we didn't miss anything major, but we were struggling a bit with finding everything so maybe some labels would go a long way here. Perhaps some instructions for the coffee machine would also work. Bedrooms: 8/10; so one of the common issues were that the bedrooms (2/3) which are pointing to the street are not well sound proofed. My friends said that they could here the cars and drunken rambling all night long (considering that there are bars nearby, I'd say that it was expected - at least it's a lively area). Mattresses were a gamble. I believe all were spring mattresses, some really soft that you would drop into them, some stronger that they would push against your back. Everyone with their preferences, in this case, but overall I think we were all able to sleep. The blankets are fairly small. For those taller than 1.7 m and more than 55kg, I think they will feel like they're not completely covered. Also they're not the thickest, but the pillows were ok. We could not find extra blankets, except 1 for a single person, but we asked and he Donat made sure to increase the temperature for the central heating, so it was ok in the end. Bathrooms: 8.5/10; so besides the fact that there are not 2 toilets (which was still manageable for 6 people) there were a few other issues. The shower bathroom has a sliding door which really needs some oiling 'cause it would wake up the whole apartment. The toilet bathroom, has only a small fan for ventilation, so to be kept in mind for people with a sensitive nose. I don't think there was any toiletries, except for hand soap, but that wasn't unexpected. Writing this only because some shower gel would be a really nice touch. No mosquito screen at the bathroom window (the one with shower). Other facilities: 9.
