The flat is very nice, comfortable, clean, just a short walk from the main street. The flat can get very hot in the summer (top floor). There is AC, but local authorities ask people to reduce electricity consumption, so I was using AC responsibly.
It would be great to have a cutting board and better pots in the kitchen. I didn't cook much, so the basics in the kitchen were OK. Towels didn't absorb water as they should - maybe less detergent should be used to wash them. It would be great to have one more kitchen towel/cloth.
