The ancient villa Torrevecchia which dates back to the XVI century and was owned by several aristocratic families was completely renovated over the last 3 years. The west wing consists of 2 apartments – one on the ground and one on the first floor, that are now available for short stays and exclusive holidays in the Tuscan country, close to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a park-like garden with old olive trees and magnificent flowers and is only about 1.5 km from Orbetello and its beaches. Both apartments are characterized by an aesthetic and well thought-out interior design, with special attention being paid to the use of the highest quality materials in order to find a harmonious balance between the original character of the house and modern design and contemporary architecture. The LibraryThe Library is located on the ground floor and can be reached via your private garden on the south side of the villa. With 1 bedroom and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room it can accommodate up to 4 guests. The rooms are accessed via the open living and kitchen area. This room with its vaulted calling is characterized by 1 access to the garden on the sunny south side of the house and another access on the north to the terrace with more shadow, especially pleasant during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, a dinner table and chairs available to eat inside. The sofa is usable as a comfortable sofa bed, if necessary. Following you will come to the heart of the apartment, the bright sleeping room with a king size canopy bed in the center of the room. The two french doors spoil the room with lots of natural light. Through a short corridor you come to this Spa-like bathroom with a bathtub made of marble and the particular mirror and its round bulbs are reminiscent of an actor’s make-up room, that will make you feel special. This part of the villa is ideal for a couple or a family with small kids. The TowerThe Tower is on the upper floor and can be reached via an antique staircase made of tufa. With 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. The rooms are accessed via the fully equipped and centrally located kitchen. From here you can access both bedrooms. One of them with a particularly large sense of space and an open floor plan. The room is divided into a sleeping area with a king-size double bed and a wonderful view of the garden.
