Welcome to Apartment Matilde, located within our historic Podere Mandriato, an organic farm that our family has cared for with love since 1953. Situated on the first floor of the main farmhouse, Matilde is the ideal choice for families seeking privacy, comfort, and a direct connection with nature.

The apartment features an independent entrance accessed via a characteristic private balcony/gallery. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the cool evening breeze or sip a coffee while admiring the view of the Tuscan countryside before starting your day.

The accommodation is furnished in a cozy rustic style and organized for maximum functionality:
Living Area: A welcoming living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine (both in the kitchen) for total independence during your stay.
Sleeping Area: A spacious and quiet double bedroom and a dedicated small bedroom with twin beds, perfect for children or friends.
Bathroom: Practical and equipped with a walk-in shower.

We are just 2 km from the village of Pieve di Santa Luce (reachable on foot for bars, groceries, and restaurants). The famous beaches of the Etruscan Coast (Castiglioncello, Vada) are only a 20-minute drive away.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pieve di Santa Luce.
The apartment was spacious and very clean; it had 2 bedrooms, including a baby bed, a balcony and mosquito nets on every window. The garden is very nice, has a roof covered area and toys for children.
Our son enjoyed the stay very much.
It takes 25 minutes to the wonderful white beaches near Vada (Spiaggie biance). You can spend a lovely time there; it is a very flat beach so the shore stretches far into the sea (you can walk far before it gets deep, very nice for children).
The land is lovely and worth a tour.
There is a good restaurant nearby (2 km), it is called "La Gozzetta".
The house consists out of 3 apartments; the landlady resides in one of them (she is a lovely lady). Our son loved her animals.

"In all the years we have been travelling, this must be the best rental villa ever. Reaching the apartment was well detailed in the e-mailed map. Waking up to views, the best your eyes will see, is unbelieveable and the apartment was like a home from home, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with spacious rooms. The landlords were extremely welcoming and friendly and this made our stay better then expected and memorable."
