panoramic views across the Tuscan woods and hills where ancient cypresses alternate with rolling hills shimmering in the colors
The park with grove allows you to be in touch with nature and to follow the harmonies of birds chirping to follow the flights of Woodpecker Hoopoe of eaters of Jays .and watch the deer, porcupines, foxes
The totally independent structure offers maximum freedom, the pool oven grill are the exclusive use
You can make the bonfire night and see the stars follow the shooting stars and dreaming in the immensity of nature.

This house is located in a beautiful area. Friendly owner. Proximity to the city is great, about 15 minutes in. for ice or pizza meal in the town center. Part of the holiday home equipment is ok. Supply with proper duvets and proper references.
"A perfect location, very friendly owners and an ideal object to relax. Quiet location, but still central enough for exploring the very interesting surroundings. Pisa, Lucca, Vinci, beach, Volterra, San Gimmigiano, Chianti and finally Florence. Real estate, a real little gem.

This is a nice house on a great spot.
The owner is pleasant and helpful.
Although on the website, there is no dishwasher. You’re expected to clean the pool daily and you have to pay extra for electricity, around 30-45 euro per week (also not on the website!!).
