Es un súper apartamento, estaba muy limpio, tenía las cosas básicas, sal, jabón platos ropa. Te reciben con merienda, agua fría en la nevera y limoncello, qué más se puede pedir. La cama muy cómoda. Cerca de todo estación tren/bus, ortigia y neopolis, todo a 15 minutos.

Гарне місце, що у пішому доступі до Ортиджі та з наявністю вільних місць для безкоштовного паркування. Вцілому досить спокійний та безпечний район.
Помешкання розташоване у старому фонді, тому звукоізоляція (слабенька), електропроводка (теж слабенька) та локальні графіки з вивозу сміття трошки напружили.

La localisation : proche d'Ortigia à pied.
Appartement mis en location sans que le ménage ait été fait depuis le passage des visiteurs précédents. Absence d'eau potable au robinet. Compost des précédents visiteurs non vidé. Nécessité de jeter le papier toilette usager dans une poubelle et non dans les toilettes. Propriétaire refuse de faire un geste pour ces désagréments. La propriétaire était en Pologne et non à proximité... difficile de gérer correctement dans ces conditions.
