The apartment is conveniently located. The air conditioning was great to have and it worked really well. AC is not always available in rental units and often doesn't work well when it is there, so this was a treat. Also the unit has a nice little fridge/freezer that works well. It is bigger than the usual "mini-fridge" you get in hotels. I appreciated that this one had a fridge section and a separate smaller freezer compartment. The carpet was in great shape, nice dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer but not a big problem), microwave, and little oven. The water pressure in the shower was heavenly. WiFi was strong, and the apartment was quiet even though close to downtown and the university. Kitchenware was supplied and there was even a welcome box with snacks for my arrival.

My only complaint is that the matress was not comfortable, I ended up with back pain after sleeping on the matress.
