Modern CBD Abode with Lush Balcony - Parking - Gym

Proximity to CBD was excellent and including a free car park. Price wise it was very good for your money. Apartment was clean.

Property was fine, for the price you could not get better. Collecting keys elsewhere, before finding property was not the best experience. We had a car, but car parking was difficult at the key location. If you didn’t have a car and walking with luggage or in a taxi or uber, it would have been very hard. The location was very central although on a hill.

Overall the apartment is tired, it’s not dirty but it would benefit from a redecoration. We found a ball of hair by the toilet which had obviously been missed. The arrival process is complicated with keys needing to be collected from another location and on-street parking while you collect the keys difficult to find. Suggest you park somewhere else and walk to collect the keys. The portal seems overly complicated but probably the way things will go. Communication was poor initially but improved through our stay.
