1. Homestay ni Ada 4 bilik ( semua ada aircond).. katil double semua.. 2. Ruang tamu ada aircond jugak.. banyak lepak dekat ruang tamu.. ada game PS4 .. layan FIFA la bila waktu free.. ada game2 lain jugak, tapi tak pernah main pun.. 3. Surau (50 meter je..boleh jalan kaki) 4. Ada kelengkapan dapur yg lengkap (BBQ je la takde..tapi takde masalah pun sebab mmg takde buat bakar2) 5. Ada mesin basuh.. 5. Parking boleh 3 kereta (1 dkt porch, 2 dekat luar pagar..kena pandai2 parking la jangan rapat sangat dengan pagar.. sebab auto gate) 6. Pool utk anak2 mandi..boleh mandi bila2 masa je.. 7. Bilik ada almari & meja kabinet.. so boleh bawak laptop kalau ada kerja nak buat.. 8. Bilik air ada water heater 9. Owner senang nak berurusan..kalau ada masalah apa2 bagitau je..
