Nice house. Comfortable for big family with good amenities. Luckily we got good parking spot and it's near to the lobby as i read on others comments most of them need to park on building beside separated with the residence. The house is really clean with nice 2 bathroom.

1) I did not expect the deposit is rm200 and will be returned back within 7 working days. For me it was too much because the stay time is from 3pm-11am. So why need longer time to refund as checkout time also ridiculous. 2) You need to reconsider back check in & check out time as you provided your home to fit in up to 10 person. So with many people in one house will take longer time to check out 3) Owner already provide QR code for parking car and instruct me to show at guard house, but surprisingly they still ask all the details again and asked for license. Nonsense! 4) Please provide 1 big dustbin in the yard/lobby area as your 2 small dustbin is not enough

Location suits our purpose, quiet , comfortable beds.

We were given only one key card, every time in out at the entrance, one need the card to open, even if you are walking, the security guard insisted must have a card to enter. One have to run down from the apt, just to get another to open d gate. Bathroom heater not working, kitchen tap water leaking all night, texted to ask them to fix, they said it won't b possible. We had to shower cold water for the 5 days stay. Toilets bowls hv stained and yellowish, sink bowl clearly were not clean properly. We hv stayed numerous apartments n some are very flexible on letting us check in earlier if we arrived earlier. We arrived on a early flight and enquire whether we could check in 1 hour earlier, insisted to check in on time, inflexible at all. We checked out at 10am that morning and check in to another property, which were so much welcoming.
