1. Easy access another facalities in the town of Malacca.
2. Comfortable for my family.

1. TV channel, my suggestion to add DTV especially for the elders, they do not know to utilize Android TV perfectly.
2. WiFi connectivity is not consistent. Buffering sometimes when heavy users.
