We choose the hotel based on reviews & proximity of hotel to the event we were attending that weekend. Our room was decent, however the AC was lacking & the mattress was sloped, but the biggest issue was the service sucked! I tried to call for extra towels and the phone in the room didn't work so had to call at least 6 times from my cell phone to reach the front desk! They finally answered ,but the towels never came after almost an hour. After having to call several more times the FD person brought them up himself. Then we tried to use the safe in the room which was inoperable. He initially said it needed batteries, but then wanted to send a tech, but he wasn't available & we were trying to leave for our event. We left & when I went back to our room to retrieve something my card key was disabled! The manager agreed to compensate for the inconvenience, but I didn't receive anything & was told some 'other' mgr was going to reach out - that didn't happen either.! I tried to contact them again via my cell with a question & wasn't able to get them on the phone after trying at least 10 times in a row - so I gave up and started over again the next day. Way too many issues for me to ever spend almost *** night for bad service, no pool & no parking!

my shower didn’t work and we got back to room to shower after 1 am. Had no towels or washcloths in our room. air conditioning sucked. Bedsheets felt like sandpaper. Our room door didn’t have a second lock on it. There was a chain but nothing to chain too. I always want that extra lock so housekeeping don’t come in. I also didn’t have a do not disturb sign so I did not sleep well thinking someone would come into my room. I do not recommend this hotel

Right off the start, only one of five elevators was operational, and the one working elevator took forever to service the 20+ floors. Then it took several tries to get the room key to work. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The shower barely had lukewarm water after several minutes of running hot water wide open. The hotel looked nice on the web site, but it is no wonder it is significantly cheaper than anything nearby. And from the looks of other reviews we got lucky that our air conditioner actually worked. If the price seems too good to be true, it definitely is.
