The location was perfect: close to stores to supply your vacay, close to AMI, close to the reserve and the Botanical garden. Walmart delivered to the house super-fast and we visited Dicks to get the spikeball net we forgot at home. We rented 4 extra bikes (delivered to the house while we were sleeping-it was awesome) and let the kids explore the preserve and ride to AMI. AMI was about a 30 min ride, which isn't super-fun in the midday sun, but it was a great way for our teens to be independent and ride to/from the beach. The house amenities were fantastic, better than we could have dreamed of. We had 10 people: 4 adults and 6 HS seniors. I've been to so many houses that serve large groups but skimp on silverware, service dishes, cooking/baking gear. This house was NOT that way. We had plenty of cooking and serving equipment to make our group dinners stress-free. The game room was great, the outdoor space was sublime--we had multiple group dinners at the long table in the screen porch without being accosted by FL bugs. Movies in the pool were a novel experience. Every aspect of this house made our senior trip epic. The host was gracious and communicative. One of our teens accidentally packed the beach wagon into our car when we checked out--I didn't realize we had "stolen" the wagon until we got to Orlando. I contact the host and we were able to resolve the mishap easily. They are great to work with. We are very thankful for a memorable stay.

For 10 people 2 bathrooms can be tricky but with a little coordination we made it work without at hitch. They could improve the bathroom by putting a shower curtain in front of the glass door for privacy. There are two sinks in the master bath which made getting ready easier.
