Very clean and well located apartment. The kitchen has everything you need except a kettle.
All rooms are visible for neighbours from all sides, which is typical for the old town houses (there are window shutters for privacy). The street where the apartment is located turned out to be a gathering place for drug addicts, who made noises in the night and frighten in appearance during the day. So, the apartment has a poor sound insulation.
There was a constant nasty smell coming from one of the bathrooms, and opening the window did not help because the neighbors next door smoke all day, which makes the smell even worse.
