It was very clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved that they welcomed me with coconut water and that they had a great restaurant at their lobby.

When I first booked this place, it barely had any reviews. So I took some risk and booked it for a month because it looked so good. After staying here for 30 days, I can safely say I definitely made the right decision in coming here.
To be honest, my stay didn't get off on a good start. I got a message 3 hours before my plane touched down that my room wasn't available and I had to move to a different guesthouse for the first 2 nights.
Obviously that was very frustrating after a 17 hour flight. However, when I came, it was during one of the heaviest rain storms in months so I'm assuming they had leakage issues. So I do understand that that can happen + they handled it very professionally. They had already booked another well-rated guesthouse for me next to their place, paid for everything and offered me free food as compensation.
So while that wasn't a great start and I wasn't planning on leaving a 5-star review after that, I simply had to because it ended up being so good. The room is large, modern, clean and was amazing value for money. The view from the building is stunning, the area is very quiet and I slept like a baby every night. I love the location because it still feels like the real Bali, but you can still walk to Pererenan in 15 minutes and you have several coffee shops close by. Wifi was really good and stable in your room too, as every room has its own router. Only downside was that there was no power plug close to the desk. I also didn't encounter a lot of bugs (apart from the occasional Gecko haha)
The restaurant in the building is literally a 10/10. It's probably among the best I've encountered during my stay in Bali. Beautiful view, great for getting some work done (although the wifi wasn't great for me downstairs). But the staff there was super nice and food was way above average, really nice açai bowl for example.
Some downsides:
- the bathroom was very small and the shower floods the entire bathroom.
