Nice clean flat, capable of hosting family of 4 (small kids though - 1 and 4 years). Convenient for the airport but the area has quite a nice community/neigbourhood feel. There's a little playground just down the road too. Instructions were all very clear.
We parked on the road outside the flat (not the drive). The check-in instructions are explicitly clear that where you should and shouldn't park. Yet we followed them and were given a parking fine in the middle of one night (5am). To this day I don't understand why. They did not help us with the fine. Future guests - I suggest you park in the garage only! It was quite hot while we were there and I don't think the flat coped very well with it. The bedroom got especially hot.
