Sehr schöne Wohnung! Sauber, gut gelegen, modern.
Randstein bei Parkplatz sehr hoch. Für Combi kaum zu schaffen ohne aufzusetzen. Sonnenschutz Dachfenster besser nicht anfassen (wohl defekt).

Appartamento molto carino e pulito con tutto il necessario. Cucina attrezzata di lavastoviglie e lavatrice e macchina del caffè Nespresso. Camera accogliente e ben arredata. Parcheggio privato sotto l’appartamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e comodissimo per le terme di erding, 5 minuti di auto.
Sarebbe stato gradito arrivare con la casa un pochino calda, visto che abbiamo soggiornato a fine gennaio e avevamo comunicato che saremmo arrivati non prima delle 20:00. Comunque per riscaldarsi ci ha messo poco. I guanciali a parer nostro non erano comodi poiché troppi alti e di forma quadrata rispetto ai classici.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Ablauf und Kontakt. ❣️
Eine Mikrowelle wäre mit Kleinkind noch toll gewesen. Leider war der Parkplatz für uns nicht gut nutzbar. Es müsste erwähnt werden dass der Parkplatz nur befahrbar ist über eine hohe Bordsteinkante. Für manche Felgen/Reifen/Schürzen und nicht SUVs nicht optimal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Treppenhaus hatte aber leider sehr sehr lange keinen Besen mehr gesehen .

Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Beim Parkplatzproblem wurde umgehend eine Lösung gefunden mit dem Eigentümer.
Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist überhaupt nicht geeignet als Schlafquartier. Extrem hartes liegen auf der Kante. Der Topper hat so gut wie gar nichts gebracht. Die Bettwäsche roch sehr unangenehm stark nach Weichspüler.
